“The Ultimate,” Alpha & Omega, defeat Dominion & Big Smith to be crowned the first ever NPW Tag Team Champions.  Dominion was pinned after a combination back suplex and neckbreaker drop at 3:40.

Pitfire pins Alpha at 1:38 after a top rope leg drop and becomes the first NPW Lightheavyweight Championship.  Omega attacks Pitfire and the referee with a kendo stick following the match.  During the match, Big Smith, blaming Dominion for their tag loss, challenges him to a match.

Big Smith pins Dominion at 1:15 after a chokeslam.

Omega defeats Pitfire in a ladder match for the NPW Hardcore Championship.  Omega grabbed the belt at 7:23 thanks to interference from Big Smith who ran in and attacked Omega's opponent.  Alpha, displeased with Smith's actions, challenged him to a match.

Alpha pins Big Smith at 2:09.  The referee failed to see  Omega hit Big Smith with his tag team title belt allowing Alpha to put Big Smith in The Beginning.  Omega continued to attack Big Smith following the match.

Big Smith wins a 5-man battle royal to be crowned the first ever NPW Heavyweight Champion.  The battle royal also included Alpha, Omega, Dominion, and Pitfire.  The eliminations are as follows:

         1)Pitfire pinned at 3:35 by Omega.

         2)Omega was pulled out by Pitfire at 4:25.

         3)Dominion tossed out at 5:16 by Big Smith.

         4)Alpha tossed out by Big Smith at 5:50.

Notes:
     Christmas Slay '99 marked the first taped event for Next Phase Wrestling.  New titles were created and put on the line in matches set by Commissioner Randy Dekin.  None of the matches were commentated on and all were refereed by Justin Mournot.
