Super Tito Guerrero Jr. in a Best of 3 Falls Match. 1st fall: Super Tito pinned Wildkat with an inverted sitdown headslam. 2nd fall: Wildkat made Super Tito tap to the Kat Nap. 3rd fall: Wildkat pinned Super Tito with the Elektrokution. Dare Devil def. Zero and Jade Shocker in a 3-Way Elimination Match. Special Note: Crisis and Sweet Jimmy D, dislpleased with the outcome of Zero's match, subsequently dropped themselves from the          tournament. Wild Bill and Doctor of Wrestling Ace Diamond Steel, their opponent in the first round, advance to the second round. Round 2 Omega def. Babu in a First Blood Match Primal Insinct def. Chilly McFreeze in a Finishers Match. Wildkat def. Dare Devil in a Dare Devil's Match. Wild Bill def. Doctor W. in a Strap Match. Round 3 Wild Bill def. Primal Instinct in a Last Man Standing Match. Omega def. Wildkat in a Trunk Match. Non Tournament Dare Devil retains the NPW Battle Royal Championship in a battle royal involving Jade Shocker, Adam Bomb, Jerry Tomson (brother of Jon Tomson), T-Money, and King Kong Bruiser Dody. Final Wild Bill def. Omega in a Best of Three Falls Match, with each fall a different stipulation. The first fall was a streetfight. The second, a Ladder Match with a bat suspended above the ring, was chosen by Wild Bill. The third stipulation was picked by Omega as a Vampire Coffin Match in which the loser must be placed in a coffin and a stake driven through it. Following the match, Sweet Jimmy D, Crisis, and Wildkat set the coffin on fire with Omega inside.
