Background: If you ever happen to pass by the Brummet Arena & Livestock Center and a

hitchhiker with a bag slung over his shoulder, a saw gripped in an unsteady left hand, and a blood stained on his bare chest is standing alongside the road be warned: DON'T PICK HIM UP! The man is psychotic, and he's a drifter. Hence his name, the Psychotic Drifter. More a freak of nature than human, the Drifter roams far and wide, and wherever he goes people tend to end up missing...or worse! He always seems to find his way back here in NPW, even though his last reported sighting was down in southern Illinois.
